The most important Treatments for balancing Thridoshams are the PanchakarmaPancha = five and Karma = therapies. Panchakarmas are the five basic cleaning therapies intended to balance the doshas. This assist the body in the internal cleansing process by eliminating the toxins, wastes and other excesses to bring the 'Tridoshas' into balance. This need to be done only if the imbalance of doshas are so severe. This need to be done with Poorva Karma (Prepration Therapies) Pancha Karma (Main Procedure)and after Pancha Karma we need to do Paschat Karmas (after care Therapies)
